
Susanna B. Berkouwer
Assistant Professor of Business Economics & Public Policy at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania
In July 2020, Susanna will join the Wharton School at Penn as an Assistant Professor in Business Economics & Public Policy and an affiliated scholar at the Business, Climate, and Environment Lab.
She has a PhD from UC Berkeley, where she researched topics in development economics and environmental economics and was part of the Energy Institute at the Haas School of Business. Before that she worked as an EPoD Research Fellow at Harvard University and in international trade finance in London, Johannesburg, and Nairobi.
​She has an MA in International and Development Economics from Yale University and a BSc Statistics with Economics from the University College London.
