
Francisco Oteiza is a senior research associate at CLOSER, a research institute based at the UCL Institute of Education. He joined CLOSER in July of 2018 after working at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) since 2015. He received his PhD in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London. His current research interests include adaptation to climate change in subsistence agriculture and the existing challenges to improving sanitation access in the developing world.
