Jeff Weaver is a post-doctoral fellow in the economics department at UC San Diego. He completed his PhD in economics at Yale University in May 2017, and will be joining the economics department at the University of Southern California (USC) as an assistant professor in fall 2018. His primary areas of research are development economics, applied microeconomics, labor economics, and political economy.
