Michael Koelle is an economist in the OECD Economics Department. His research interests lie at the intersection of firms and labour markets in both advanced and emerging economies. He obtained a DPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, and was a Junior Research Fellow at Pembroke College, Oxford, before joining the OECD.
