
Michela Carlana is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School. She is also an affiliated faculty of the Laboratory for Effective Anti-Poverty Policies (LEAP) at Bocconi University and a Research Affiliate at IZA. She obtained her PhD in Economics from Bocconi University in June 2018. Her research agenda focuses on stereotypes and discrimination, with a focus on gender and immigration.
