
Owen Ozier is an Associate Professor of Economics at Williams College. He is also an Affiliate of BREAD, IZA, and J-PAL. His research focuses on health, education, and economic decisions in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is on leave from the World Bank, where he is a Senior Economist in the Development Research Group, Human Development Team. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
