
Thomas Bossuroy
Senior Economist, World Bank
Thomas Bossuroy is a Senior Economist at the World Bank currently based in Dakar, Senegal. He works on social protection and employment programs in Africa, and on impact evaluations in India and Africa.
Before joining the World Bank in 2012, he was Research and Policy Fellow at SALDRU, within the University of Cape Town, South Africa. From 2008 to 2010 he was Executive Director of J-PAL South Asia in Chennai, India.
He earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the Paris School of Economics.
