Wyatt Brooks is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Notre Dame. His research focuses on international trade, macroeconomics and development economics. He studies the effects of misallocation across firms, and the implications of firm-level distortions on aggregate outcomes. He has conducted fieldwork in Nicaragua and Kenya, and studies industrial policy in China.
