Siwan Anderson

Professor, Vancouver School of Economics

Siwan Anderson is a Professor at the Vancouver School of Economics (VSE) in Canada. Her primary research area is development economics and much of her work focuses on gender and informal institutions in developing countries. Siwan is an Associate of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR), a Fellow of the Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development (BREAD), and an Associate of Theoretical Research in Development Economics (ThReD).
