Sean Higgins is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley. His research combines the fields of development economics and household finance. He primarily studies financial inclusion, focusing on the impact of access to digital financial services for both poor consumers and micro and small enterprises. He is a recipient of the National Science Foundation doctoral dissertation grant and a Fulbright Scholar.
