Christina Brown

Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, University of Chicago

Christina Brown is a development economist studying labour and behavioural economics questions. Her research examines labour and education market imperfections, especially around issues of asymmetric information.

Dr. Brown is currently an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago. She received a Ph.D. in Economics from UC Berkeley and worked as a consultant for the World Bank and Save the Children. Prior to working as a researcher, she taught high school physics.
