Beatriz H. Vallejo is a behavioral scientist and economist with over 15 years of experience designing and leading evidence-based interventions in Latin America. She is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Ethos BT – Behavioral Team, a boutique consultancy at the forefront of applying behavioral science to complex societal challenges.

She has led strategic projects in areas such as misinformation, education, ethics, gender, and sustainability, partnering with public institutions, international agencies, and private organizations. She also co-founded the Detox Information Project (DIP), a flagship initiative to strengthen digital resilience and critical thinking..

She holds an MSc in Behaviour Change from University College London (UCL) and an MA in Economics from Universidad de los Andes.
