Kym Cole is the Director of the WEE-DiFine and WEE-Connect Initiatives at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development, Brac University, in Bangladesh. Her interests lie in the intersection of impact evaluation, digital inclusion, and gender. She has ten years of experience in the field of development economics research and has previously worked with The World Bank, Innovations for Poverty Action, and Social Impact. Kym holds degrees in Anthropology and Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard University, respectively.
