Jimena Romero is a PhD student in Economics at Stockholm University and will join the PhD program in Economics at Cornell University in January 2026. She previously worked as a Research Fellow at the Inter-American Development Bank and holds an MPA/ID from Harvard University. Her research focuses on labor markets, migration, and development.
