Dao Le-Van is a Lecturer at the International School, Vietnam National University (Hanoi), and a Data Consultant for the World Bank Group. His research focuses on applied econometrics, development economics, and productivity benchmarking, with a particular interest in understanding how policy and institutional factors shape social welfare in transition economies. His PhD at RMIT University examines financial inclusion, financial capacity, and welfare outcomes.
