Juan Pedro Ronconi is Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Economics at Universidad de los Andes, Chile. He studies how psychological and institutional factors shape belief formation, decision-making, and outcomes for individuals and organizations, with a special focus on social preferences and behavioral frictions in small firms. He is invited researcher at J-PAL LAC and research network member at IGL. He holds a PhD in Economics from Brown University (US), a Master's in Economics and Finance from CEMFI (Spain), and a BA in Economics from Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina).
