Michelle Rao is fellow at the Center for Global Development in Europe.

Michelle's research studies the relationship between evidence and policy, with a focus on the generalizability of evidence, and the use of evidence for policy decisions.

She has worked in research and policy positions at the World Bank and the UN, and holds a PhD in Economics from the LSE.
