Alessandra Peter

Alessandra Peter is an assistant professor in the Economics Department at New York University, and a Research Affiliate at CEPR and NBER. She is a macroeconomist working on firms both in developing countries, and in Europe and the US. In the context of development, she is particularly interested in understanding constraints to firm growth.

Alessandra received her PhD from Stanford University and spent a year at Princeton before joining NYU.
