Anna Tompsett

Anna Tompsett is an Assistant Professor in Economics at Stockholm University, a Researcher at the Beijer Institute of Ecological Economics, and an Affiliated Researcher at the Institute for International Economic Studies. Her fields of research are development and environmental economics, with a particular focus on public goods and services, including water and sanitation. She holds a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development from Columbia University and was originally trained as a civil and environmental engineer at Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge. Anna is also affiliated with J-PAL South Asia and the European Development Research Network.
