Emmanuel Tolani is a doctoral researcher in applied microeconomics at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Germany. In his work, he applies microeconometrics, data-adaptive approaches (machine learning) and causal inference techniques to address research questions at the intersection of natural resource economics, agriculture, and nutrition. Prior to joining TUM, he obtained a Masters degree in Agricultural and Food Economics at the University of Bonn.
