Hannah Uckat

Hannah Uckat is an Economist (Young Professional) in Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) at the World Bank. Her research and policy work is at the intersection of firms and gender. She researches firm growth and organisation in low- and middle-income countries, and the interaction between the workplace and the household.

Hannah completed her DPhil/PhD in Economics at the University of Oxford in 2020, where she was affiliated with the Centre for the Study of African Economies and part of the Oxford Firms, Labour and Organisation (OxFLO) research group.
