Karina Ramírez Arras

Karina has been Head of the Non Tributary Revenue Unit in the Ministry of Finance of Mexico since May 2020. From 2012 to 2018, she worked for the World Bank’s Latinamerica Public Sector Unit in the Revenue Department, based in Washington, DC. She has served in the Revenue Unit of the Center for Public Finance Studies of the Congress, in the Ministry of Finance of Mexico and in the Institute of International Finance (IIF). Karina holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins Univerity and B.A. in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
