Rodrigo Oliveira is a development economist working as a researcher at UNU-WIDER. His primary research is about Inequality, Labour, and Education, but he also has experience working on Social Protection and Climate Change. He has experience leading research projects in Brazil, Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zambia, and working with policymakers and international organizations. Currently, he co-leads the UNU-WIDER Inequality theme and leads the UNU-WIDER visiting PhD program.
