Hugo Tuesta is an applied macroeconomist with expertise in Latin American economies and macro-financial analysis. He currently a consultant at the International Monetary Fund, where he previously served as a Senior Research Analyst, focusing on Mexico surveillance and emerging market dynamics. Before that, he worked at the Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank, and Peruvian Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion.
