Malick Dione
PhD Student in Development Economics, Wageningen University
Malick Dione is a Ph.D. student in Development Economics at Wageningen University and a Global Research on Worldwide Challenges (GROW) Africa initiative fellow. His research includes a focus on gender, agriculture, nutrition and social protection in Senegal and the West Africa region using rigorous measurement and program evaluation techniques. Prior to starting his doctoral studies, he worked as a Research Analyst at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). Malick has a diploma in statistics and program evaluation at the National School of Statistics and Economical Analysis (ENSAE) and a master’s degree in applied mathematics from Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar (UCAD).
