Tillmann von Carnap is a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Oslo. His research lies at the intersection of development economics, economic geography, and remote sensing, with a particular focus on rural markets and access in low-income countries. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from IIES Stockholm. Prior to joining Oslo, he was a postdoc at Stanford’s Center on Food Security and the Environment.
