Pallavi is a Research Fellow at BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD) and a PhD student at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). She is an applied micro-economist with a research focus on human capital formation, civic participation, and family economics. She holds a MSc in Development Studies from London School of Economics and B.A. (Hons) in Economics from University of Delhi.
