Pierre Levasseur is a Research Fellow at the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food, and Environment (INRAE), specialized in food and nutrition economics. His work focuses primarily on the socioeconomic and environmental issues related to emerging food-based public health concerns, such as obesity, NCDs, and inappropriate consumption patterns.
