Sebastian Bustos

Sebastian Bustos is a Research Fellow at the Center for International Development at Harvard University. He has a PhD in Public Policy from Harvard University. His research interests are the development of the private sector and how governments can solve market failures to accelerate the process. Before his studies at Harvard, he served as Economic Adviser to the Minister of Finance of Chile, focusing on capital markets and tax reforms and has been a consultant for IADB, CAF and a number of national governments regarding industrial policy.
