Sebastian Tonke

Sebastian Tonke completed his Ph.D. in economics at the University of Cologne in 2019. From 2019 to 2026, he worked as a senior research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Behavioral Economics in Bonn. He was a visiting research fellow at Harvard University in spring 2024. In March 2026, he joined TUM as Professor for Environmental Economics.
