Thomas Ginn
Research Fellow, Center for Global Development
Thomas Ginn is a Research Fellow at the Center for Global Development. His research is in development economics and the economics of migration, with a focus on policy and assistance for refugees in lower-income countries. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University and his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
