Tshegofatso D. Thulare

Tshegofatso D. Thulare is an education project manager and a budding education researcher, having completed her M.Ed. in Globalization and Educational Change at Lehigh University, USA.  A Fulbright Foreign Scholar award recipient for 2016, Tshegofatso currently works on one of South Africa’s largest Early Grade Reading Studies for the national Department of Basic Education and has previously worked at a leading education management non-profit in Johannesburg where she worked collaboratively with teachers and school leaders in communities of effective practice. Tshegofatso is passionate about the nexus of development and large-scale systemic education reform on the African continent.
