Zara Liaqat is an Assistant Professor at Wilfrid Laurier University. She holds a PhD from the University of Southern California. Her research interests span various topics in the fields of international economics and macroeconomics, with a particular emphasis on understanding firms in developing countries and addressing policy-relevant questions within the broader field of development economics. Zara is a Research Fellow at the Mahbub-ul-Haq Research Centre at LUMS, Pakistan.
