Cédric Okou

Cédric Okou is an Economist at the International Monetary Fund. His primary research interests include macro finance, entrepreneurship, monetary policy, and growth. Before joining the Fund, he was a tenured Associate Professor of macro finance at the University of Quebec in Montreal and led the surveillance and analytical work on Sub-Saharan Africa in the World Bank Prospects Group. Cédric also worked as a quant in the private equity energy sector and holds a PhD from HEC Montreal.
