Erdal Asker is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Richards College of Business, University of West Georgia. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
His research focuses on education policy, school finance, and applied microeconomics, with particular emphasis on causal inference and policy evaluation, as well as development and health economics. His work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Urban Economics, Journal of Health Economics, and Education Finance and Policy.
