Erik Katovich is an Assistant Professor at the University of Connecticut. His research focuses on natural resource governance, energy transitions, and sustainable development, often in the context of the oil and gas industry, mining, and tropical agriculture. He was previously a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Geneva and a Fulbright Research Fellow at Unicamp, in Brazil. He earned his PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
