Frances Nakakawa

Frances Nakakawa is an agricultural economist who has worked with agricultural development initiatives for the last 15 years. She holds a Master’s of Science in Agricultural Economics and is currently in the final stages of completing a PhD in the same field. Frances currently works with Sasakawa Africa Association (SAA), Uganda as Technical Coordinator, Monitoring and Evaluation.  SAA is an international organization whose mission is, “To transform African Extension advisory services in partner countries to ensure greater family food systems and more profitable participation in commercial activities along the value chain, while respecting natural resources.
