Jieun Choi

Jieun Choi is a World Bank Economist. Her works include supporting countries’ structural transformation and productivity enhancement through innovation, technology, and economic openness. She has been working on several transitional and emerging economies, most recently on countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and previously on countries in Middle East and North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa. She is passionate about designing and evaluating trade, innovation, and economic policies to promote private sector.
