Judhajit Chakraborty is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at Colorado State University. He earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics from Michigan State University in 2024. His research sits at the intersection of environmental, behavioral, and development economics, focusing on the socioeconomic and distributional impacts of natural hazards. Prior to his doctoral studies, he obtained his M.Phil. from Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai, and worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers U.S. Advisory.
