Liu Ee Chia is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Real Estate, National University of Singapore. She received her PhD in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University in 2025. Her research focuses on sustainability, real estate, and household finance, with a particular emphasis on understanding how policies and market forces contribute to disparities in economic and social opportunities, particularly among disadvantaged populations.
