Robert Sparrow is an Associate Professor with the Development Economics Group of Wageningen University and the International Institute of Social Studies at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He obtained a PhD in Economics from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Tinbergen Institute in 2006. His research interests relate to development economics, social policy evaluation, and health economics.
