Paul Rodríguez-Lesmes is an Associate Professor at the School of Economics at Universidad del Rosario and a Board Member of the International Health Economics Association (iHEA). He is part of the Latin American and Caribbean Health Economics Network (LAHEN), the PLOS ONE Editorial Board, and regularly collaborates with institutions such as IETS, the World Bank, the IDB. He holds a PhD in Economics from University College London. His research focuses on health economics—particularly health behaviours, chronic disease prevention, and healthcare regulation—as well as applied microeconomics topics like education and informal labour markets.
