Sebastian Jävervall is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. His research lies at the intersection of political economy and development economics, with a focus on how state capacity and the behaviour of public officials shape economic policy and development. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Uppsala University in 2021.
