Roza Khoban is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Economics at the University of Zurich. Her research explores the impact of globalization—particularly international trade—on economic development. Her recent work examines how trade liberalization affects political distortions and how globalization influences power dynamics, gender norms, and the demand for political change. Roza was previously a research fellow at Princeton University. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from Stockholm University in 2021.
