Monika Pompeo is an Assistant Professor at the Kyiv School of Economics and future Director of the Kyiv Behavioural Lab (KBL). Her research focuses on behavioural and experimental economics, with applications to prosocial behaviour, identity, and public sector selection. She has conducted online, field, and lab experiments in Ukraine and internationally.
