Seth Garz is Deputy Director for the Data and Technology Adoption (DATA) strategy in the Gender Equality Division of the Gates Foundation and an Affiliate Instructor in the Economics Department at the University of Washington. Seth’s interests include pursuing evidence-informed solutions for more equitable adoption and application of digital solutions and systems in developing economies, and better evaluating and accounting for the health impacts of economic interventions.
