Shantidani Minz is a Professor of Community Medicine at Christian Medical College Vellore, with over two decades of work on primary health care, infectious disease, and community-based research. Her contributions span tuberculosis management, perinatal and child health, tribal health, and social determinants of wellbeing, alongside leading program evaluations for government and WHO.
She trained in medicine and public health at CMC Vellore and Johns Hopkins and serves on multiple boards and research committees in India and abroad. Her current work focuses on HPV self-collection, haemoglobinopathies, neurodevelopmental disorders, and zoonotic TB, with a strong emphasis on improving health outcomes in low-resource communities.
