Wei Zou is Associate Professor in the School of Public Finance, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, China. He received a PhD in Public Administration from Sun Yat-sen University in 2021. His research interests include local government behaviour, income distribution, and regional economics. His papers appear in the Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Asian Economics, and leading Chinese academic journals in Economics and Public Administration.
