Researcher working at the Central Bank of Colombia. His work focuses on the impact evaluation of social programs, human capital, health, and conflict. He is currently working on the long-term impacts of cash transfer programs, reparations for victims of the Colombian armed conflict, the effects of health insurance companies and physicians on individuals’ health, and scale RCTs that provide information about tertiary education for young individuals.
