Lina Cardona-Sosa is an Economist working at the Poverty and Equity Global Practice at the World Bank.
Her work focuses on the impact evaluation of social programs, poverty and inequality. She has a particular focus on Colombia, India and Eastern Africa. She is currently working on long term impacts of cash transfer programs and financial education in Colombia, early childhood programs in India and Ghana and on determinants of poverty persistence in Malawi.
